Strong hands and tender hearted from day 1. 😍 Three cheers for all-in dads who even take 3am feeds. You’re the real MVP. 🏆🙌🏼🎉✨
Her dad had to pop back into the office today (he’s still on paternity leave) which means it’s my first day with just her. (Next week will be my first day solo with both kids.) We have big plans for a walk, naps, and iced lattes all day. Still can’t believe she’s real. 😍
12 days new. ✨ We’re finding our new normal, catching sleep when we can, making it out of the house occasionally, and thoroughly enjoying this little love. (Romper gifted by @littlelentilclothing, who sells ethically made children’s clothes with a focus on sustainability.) 💗
Happy birthday Trey! 🎈You have stepped into your new big brother role like you do most things in life: enthusiastically and wholeheartedly, and we couldn’t be more proud. Cheers to 3! 🎉
A fresh baby, opening weekend for peonies, and our local market for our first outing as a family of four yesterday. ✨(Daniel and I high fived on the way home. TWO kids! We’re doing it.) 🙌🏼
That second baby bliss. When you know enough to know that it’s all going to work out, everything is a phase, it goes by so fast, and you are tired but mostly just so happy to be here. Soaking it all up.
She’s HERE. We welcomed Blaire Grace yesterday, on her due date, weighing 7 lbs, 12oz. We are rejoicing over all of it: the gift of her, her life, (her hair!) and the miracle of her full term birth. Grateful and so in love.
