The Best (and easiest!) DIY Gluten-Free Pizza Dough

If you've been looking for an easy, quick, gluten-free pizza dough, I have a solution for you.

Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Pizza Crust

This pizza dough mix is readily available, is quick and easy, and doesn't require you to make the entire dough from scratch with a list of hard to pronounce gluten-free flours. We've tried a ton of brands and this is the one we enjoy the most. Even my non-gluten-free husband likes it.

Step 1: mix the yeast packet it comes with in a cup and a half of warm water and let it sit for a few minutes. I like this step because I feel like it's really pizza dough if you're working with yeast.

Step 2: add 2 tablespoons olive oil (we used a garlic infused olive oil from Trader Joe's this time, but sometimes we use regular olive oil also)

Step 3: Add 2 eggs.

Step 4: add the flour mix and mix until well combined.

Step 5: Divide the dough into two pieces, and cover and let sit for 20 minutes while the dough rises.

Gluten-free pizza dough made in the best and easiest way. Delicious and such a winner.
